Directions
Arrillaga Center for Sport and Recreation is the large glass-walled building located on the corner of Galvez Street and Campus Drive East.
From Route 101:
From Route 280:
- Take the Page Mill Rd. exit, heading north/northeast.
- Make a left on Junipero Serra Blvd.
- Make a right on Campus Dr. East at the second traffic light.
- Follow around campus, and make a left on Galvez St. Arrillaga Rec Center is directly on the left.
Parking
There is ample street parking on Galvez, or the Serra parking lot. Be sure to check signs for permit/meter requirements. Parking is unrestricted from 4 pm and on weekends in the 'A' and 'C' permit lots.

Welcome to the Cardinal Fencing Club at Stanford!
Cardinal Fencing Club has the best fencing facility in the Bay Area.
Our current facility features 10 full-length fencing strips, which meet USFA and FIE guidlines for length.
Cardinal Fencing Club is the only fencing club in the Bay Area that offers world-class coaches and experience.
All of our coaches have Masters Degrees in Physical Education with a focus in fencing. All our coaches are professionals and their knowledge of fitness allows them to make all classes and camps fun and productive.
Due to their fencing expertise our coaches are able to train anyone from beginners to world-class fencers. Every coach on our staff has more than 25 years of experience in coaching and fencing.
They also coach the Stanford varsity fencing team.
In our club you will have the opportunity to fence with the varsity team as well as other club members.
Every year our club members get accepted into Stanford University and other top schools in the nation. In 2006 four members of our club became Stanford varsity fencers.
